Geographical area

The online sale of products and services presented on the Site is reserved for the consumers who live in metropolitan France, in Principality of Monaco, and in the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, The United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

Article 6 - Terms of payment

The price is due with order.

Payments are made by credit card (Credit card, Visa, Eurocard / MasterCard) by means of the SHERLOCK's secure system; the server of the bank is the object of a reassurance by encryption S.S.L (Secure Socket Layer) so that the passed on information is coded by a software and so that no one can acquaint with it during the transport on the network.

To pay his order banking by credit card, the buyer has to transmit the number of his bank card, and according to the type of the latter, the expiry date as well as the number cryptogram (3-digit number appearing on the back of the bank card).

The account of the buyer will be sold only at the end of a maximum deadline of twenty four 24  hours according to the order date.

This one will be considered as effective from confirmation of the agreement of the centers of banking payment.

In case of refusal to pay by the bank, the order will be cancelled; Week end à la mer will inform then the buyer about it by e-mail.

You can also pay by bank wire, the order will be update when the money is received.

Article 7 - Deliveries

The deliveries are made at the address indicated in the order form which can be only in the agreed geographical zone.

The delivery deadline of a product such as informed about the Site during the order corresponds to the deadline) of preparation and shipping, to which is added the delivery time by the carrier.

This deadline supposes that the order was spent from Monday to Friday before 2:00 pm, Paris time, from monday to friday. Its starting point is the day following the acceptance of the order by Week end à la Mer.

The Customer has a deadline of two days, as from the reception of the product, to formulate possible reserves with the customer service (damaged parcel, open parcel, produces missing, damaged or made dirty ...).

In case of delay in delivery, the customer can ask for the resolution of the sale in the conditions planned by the article L 114-1 of the Code of the Consumption.

The delivery deadlines cannot be assured in case of force majeure, such as defined by the French jurisprudence.

The Customer is invited to consult regularly the "Follow-up of command" on the Site.
